Come Fly With Us: E.P. Guidi Completes First Phase of PHL Terminal B Redevelopment

June 13th, 2017

E.P. Guidi is pleased to announce the completion of the first phase of the $30 million Philadelphia Airport Terminal B concession redevelopment project for OTG Management.  This project gives travelers fresh, locally sourced options when they fly into Philadelphia, by hiring local chefs to collaborate on new hospitality concepts.

The completed first phase of the project consists of three internationally-themed food outlets:

The aptly named Germantown Biergarten at Gate B9, created by Tria restaurant owners Jon Myerow and Michael McCaulley, Mezzogiorno Italian eatery at Gate B10, created by Nomad Pizza founder Stalin Bedon, and Boule Café, a French bakery, at Gates B14-B16, run by Anne Coll, executive chef at the Whip Tavern in Coatesville.

Subsequent phases of the project will include hospitality concepts by Joe Cicala of Le Virtu, Hiroyuki “Zama” Tanaka of Zama and coZara, Erin O’Shea of Percy Street Barbecue, and Top Chef winner, Nicholas Elmi, of Laurel.

E.P. Guidi is proud to partner with OTG and Daroff Design on this project, and be a part of the team giving travelers who come through Philadelphia a reimagined airport hospitality experience which is vibrant, healthy and convenient.
