Frank Orman
vice president, construction and project management
A journeyman carpenter who began as a laborer, Frank Orman brings over 50 years of field-tested experience to E.P. Guidi. His career includes high-profile roles as Director of Construction at Temple University and Senior General Superintendent for Marriott Hotels and Resorts, where he led fast-paced, complex projects along the East Coast.
At EPG, Frank helps shape the firm’s project management and field supervision standards, setting expectations for safety, quality, scheduling, and budget control. He thrives in high-pressure environments and is known for his fair but direct leadership style. The more challenging the job, the more determined he is to find a path to success.
Frank has led some of the firm’s most logistically demanding work. Under his direction, E.P. Guidi earned the GBCA Construction Excellence Award for hospitality projects over $100 million.
Clients, subcontractors, and colleagues respect Frank’s consistency, judgment, and follow-through. He maintains strong relationships with trade partners and agency officials across the Northeast, setting a tone of discipline and professionalism that carries through every phase of construction.
