Our Story

E.P. Guidi began with two brothers, a wartime refusal, and a belief in doing the job right — even when it was hard. From those first small repairs in Philadelphia, the firm grew into a trusted builder with the capacity to deliver hundreds of programmatic rollouts and the expertise to take on complex aviation, higher education, and hospitality projects. Ninety years later, we’re still family-led, guided by the standards set at our founding.

"I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with your team over the past 3 years and we are highly impressed with your ability to deliver a top‐quality product with seemingly impossible construction schedules, all while navigating some incredibly demanding logistical challenges. In particular, the efforts of your entire team including budgeting, estimating, construction management, and field supervision were all integral and critical to the successful completion of each project."
