Gene Guidi

President

For Gene Guidi, building has always been in his DNA. He grew up around construction, officially joining the family business in the 1960s as a laborer while studying at Temple University. Early on, he learned a principle that would define his career: surround yourself with talented people and let their expertise drive the work forward. By 1983, he had become President of E.P. Guidi, carrying with him a clear philosophy—hire the best, empower them to lead, and let the results speak for themselves.

For Dan Beerhalter, construction has always been about more than bricks and beams — it’s about people, relationships, and the satisfaction of turning ideas into reality. A licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, Dan brings both technical expertise and hands-on field experience to his leadership at E.P. Guidi.

With more than 45 years in the construction industry, Steve Cant brings both field experience and executive insight to his role as Vice President of Estimating at E.P. Guidi. A Navy veteran and former carpenter, Steve’s practical foundation in construction informs his leadership of the firm’s estimating and preconstruction operations.

A journeyman carpenter who began as a laborer, Frank Orman brings over 50 years of field-tested experience to E.P. Guidi. His career includes high-profile roles as Director of Construction at Temple University and Senior General Superintendent for Marriott Hotels and Resorts, where he led fast-paced, complex projects along the East Coast.
