Mike began his career with the firm while studying Construction Management Technology at Spring Garden College, remaining an important part of the team ever since. Working his way up through the project management ranks, he eventually began leading project teams and field operations from planning and preconstruction through execution and closeout. He focuses on strengthening communication, enhancing project delivery, supporting employee development, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Throughout his tenure, Mike has demonstrated his long-standing commitment to E.P. Guidi by delivering exceptional work for his clients. His diverse portfolio spans higher education, retail, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use construction. Serving as a direct liaison to the client, Mike tracks project progress, resolves challenges, and ensures quality, safety, and schedule objectives are met.
