Gary’s career began while studying at Spring Garden College, interning with Turner Construction. He remained with the company after graduation and advanced through operations, eventually leading teams on complex, technical projects across the country and abroad.

Over the years, Gary has served as superintendent, project manager, preconstruction manager, operations manager, and regional executive. This experience gives him a broad view of project delivery and helps him connect with clients, understand their goals, and ensure the EPG team is supporting them effectively. At E.P. Guidi, Gary works behind the scenes in a business development capacity, participating in early project discussions, presentations, and industry organizations. His focus is partnership—helping align project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve shared goals.

Gary has worked across a wide range of markets, including higher education, healthcare, aviation, institutional, commercial, and senior living. He embodies EPG’s culture of long-term relationships, client satisfaction, and project quality, and continues to support the firm’s growth with professionalism and care.
