Mike Donofry Promoted to Director of Construction & Project Management

June 15th, 2026

E.P. Guidi is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Donofry to Director of Construction & Project Management.

Mike's appointment reflects both his exceptional experience and his long-standing commitment to the company. A 36-year veteran of E.P. Guidi, Mike began his career with the firm while attending college and has since built an impressive portfolio spanning higher education, retail, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use construction. His experience includes leading numerous Trader Joe's projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, as well as major institutional projects such as Temple University's Aramark STAR Complex and the award-winning Springfield Literacy Center.

In his new role, Mike will oversee E.P. Guidi's field operations and project management teams, with a focus on strengthening communication, enhancing project delivery, supporting employee development, and ensuring exceptional client service.

"This transition has been in discussion for quite some time," said Donofry. "I'm excited for the opportunity to build on the strong foundation we have in place, implement positive changes, and continue delivering successful projects for our clients."

Mike assumes this role during an active period for E.P. Guidi, with projects underway or beginning soon at Atlantic Lofts in Atlantic City, the Ranney School Baseball Complex, Temple University, the University of Pennsylvania, and numerous retail and commercial developments.

As part of this leadership transition, Vice President of Construction & Project Management Frank Orman will be stepping away from his role after a rewarding 50-year career, the last ten of which were with E.P. Guidi. We thank Frank for his many contributions to E.P. Guidi and wish him and his family all the best.

With experienced leadership, a strong project pipeline, and a talented team in place, E.P. Guidi remains well-positioned to continue delivering the quality, service, and craftsmanship our clients have trusted for more than 90 years.
