RAISING THE ROOF ON TEMPLE'S NEW STUDENT HEALTH & WELLNESS CENTER

March 29th, 2017

E.P. Guidi is proud to be constructing Temple University's new Student Health and Wellness Center.  We are currently in the process of completing a major milestone for the project - raising the roof on the Field House. The new 110,000 sf facility will provide enhanced space for students enrolled in the College of Public Health - particularly the occupational therapy and physical therapy programs - and will feature labs, lecture halls, smart classrooms and an apartment fitted to ADA standards, so that students may hone their training skills in this area.

Additionally, the facility will feature an indoor recreation center which will double the amount of free-weight space currently available to students. Also included will be a 70-yard synthetic turf field, a climbing wall, lounge area and juice bar, as well as an outdoor track around the perimeter of the facility.

We are honored to be partnering with Temple on this project.
