E.P. Guidi delivered a complete interior demolition and fit-out for The Judge Group’s new global headquarters in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The project transformed 75,000 SF across three floors into a high-end corporate environment designed to reflect the firm’s brand and support its growing international operations.
The fast-tracked schedule required careful planning and coordination from the outset. E.P. Guidi completed full interior demolition, followed by reconstruction and finish installation within a six-month window to meet the client’s fixed occupancy date. The team managed more than a dozen design revisions during construction, including mechanical and electrical modifications, while maintaining both budget and schedule commitments.
The finished space features executive offices, collaborative work zones, conference rooms, and reception areas defined by custom millwork, architectural glazing, and refined finishes. Building systems were upgraded throughout to improve comfort, lighting, and flexibility. In addition to the headquarters build-out, E.P. Guidi completed a 3,500 SF office suite for Jackson Cross Partners within the same building.
