The Liberty United Service Organization (USO) has served the needs of Pennsylvania and New Jersey active and retired military members and their families for over 75 years. This USO, one of the busiest on the East Coast, assists over 90,000 guests each year. Our project team demolished the new location, which previously housed temporary offices for Northwest Airlines. The new facility was then constructed, containing a cafe with kitchen, lounge area, media/theater room, gaming and computer areas, children's playroom, as well as separate bunkrooms for men and women, shower and restroom, laundry room and manager's office. Additionally, this new facility has a more prominent place at PHL, with an inviting front and custom signage, in the main corridor of Terminal E, and is more visible to those requiring its services. E.P. Guidi was honored to be a part of this important project, and supports the USO in their mission to enhance the quality of life for US military members and their families.
