Design/build project consisting of the construction of a 5.3 acre site and two 10,000 sf buildings which contain a customer lobby/service counter area as well as National Rental Car’s regional administrative offices and an employee computer training center.
The project also included the construction of a fueling system and a vehicle service and wash facility. The fueling dispensing system consists of three 10,000 gallon underground gasoline storage tanks. The service and wash facility included a service fluid distribution system, two vehicle wash tunnels, employee areas and a dispatch office.
