New construction of a 20,000 sf university dining facility, the Louis J. Esposito Dining Hall, which included all new kitchen equipment/servery, a new addition, new finishes and MEP systems. The project was designed to be built during the University’s summer break and took careful planning and purchasing to meet the proposed schedule restraints.
