Temple University's Mitten Hall is an historically rich building, built in 1931. This project consisted of an interior renovation to house the University Human Resources department. Project scope included selective demolition, new construction of offices, common space, employee kitchen area, atrium and corridor, as well as new finishes, fire-rated millwork, and tile floors. Due to the corridor being closed during construction, our project team constructed a temporary ADA access ramp for the building in order to maintain access for University patrons.
