Renovation of a 100,000 sf commercial office space with a new data center at the Ellis Preserve Campus. The project was on an accelerated, fast-track schedule requiring quick responses, tight coordination, material tracking and project team management so that the new tenant could successfully leave their existing facility and occupy the new space. The project was completed on time and the tenant move-in was seamless.
