New construction of core and shell for 40,000 sf, three-story medical office building. This project required extensive coordination with the site developer and the Owner in order to deliver a project ready to be fit out for multiple healthcare tenants. Additionally, considerable site logistics were involved, as the facility was constructed into the existing hillside.
