New construction of a 25,000 sf, 16-bay service facility for the repair and inspection of City-owned vehicles. The project also included a vehicle wash facility. Work included structural steel frame, masonry, concrete, metal wall and roofing panels, interior partitions and finishes, vehicle lifts and hoist crane.
