Construction of a 10,000 sf addition to an existing, fully functional pharmaceutical pilot plant. The project required embedded steel plates built into the concrete, as well as an oversized exterior door to allow for new state-of-the-art processing equipment to be brought in and assembled on-site. Due to the fact that the existing facility was not able to be brought off-line during construction, our project team ensured that there would be minimal disruption to the functioning facility during the project.
