Removal and replacement of the NBC Philadelphia Studios building façade at 1619 Walnut Street in downtown Philadelphia. Project scope included the total seven-story building façade replacement, plus two-story progressively perforated roof screen, high two-story suspended cantilever structural-glass storefront, and rainscreen aluminum plate wall panels. The project incorporated the coordination of modern metal panel systems, air barrier, and curtain wall systems with the historic Art Déco exterior/structure. All work was completed in one of the busiest shopping district streets in the City.
