New construction of two, three-story Class “A” office buildings, totaling 150,000 sf. Upon completion of construction of the first building, a fresh water stream was discovered, which lay beneath the proposed foundation for the second building. To alleviate this problem, a manifold system was installed to relieve the hydrostatic pressure. The project was completed successfully, on time and within budget.
