New construction of two projects at Adventure Crossing USA, a new $800 million sports and entertainment development in Jackson, NJ, adjacent to Six Flags Great Adventure theme park.
The first project is a 6,000 sf modern prototype 7-Eleven convenience store, the first of its kind to be constructed in our region, which includes ten gas pumps and a new retro modern building design. The second project is a new 29,000 sf, two-story retail and office facility.
The 238-acre Adventure Crossing USA development includes multiple food establishments, with Popeye's and Taco Bell already open and Starbucks, Jersey Mike's, Carvel, Cinnabon and Panda Express expected as well.
Additionally, the development features numerous sports outlets and youth sport fields. Construction has begun on Top Golf Swing Suites, Toptracer indoor driving range, a 20-lane bowling alley and basketball courts.
