New construction of a 30,000 sf retail facility in downtown Philadelphia. This project was completed in a busy urban environment with zero laydown. The building spans a city block. Each retail space has maximum exposure to natural sunlight with a mix of glass, ground face brick and complimenting Dri-Design stainless steel panels. Retail tenants include CVS and Citizens Bank. The project also included the complete upgrade to a 6-level existing parking structure.
