Renovation of a closed 32,000 sf Fresh Grocer, as well as site remediation, and new construction of a 16,500 sf Save-A-Lot. This project included turning the closed Fresh Grocer into a multi-space retail plaza, site demolition and remediation of the entire lot, and new construction of the Save-A-Lot. The retail plaza included extensive demolition, new MEP systems, minor structural modifications, and architectural upgrades.
