New construction of approximately 100,000 sf of retail including a Best Buy, Petsmart and Staples, as well as extensive site improvements to the 25 acre site in order to facilitate the construction of a pad site for Target and Chase Bank. The site work also included widening of Route 1 and re-alignment of Stouts Lane to Route 522, as well as adding a new traffic signal.
