Guidi completed the new construction of the Aloft Hotel in Mount Laurel, NJ, a 97,000-square-foot, six-story property featuring 154 guest rooms and modern amenities designed for both business and leisure travelers. The project combines sleek, loft-inspired design with functional spaces that cater to a dynamic guest experience.
The hotel includes a variety of on-site amenities, such as the XYZ Bar for social gatherings, Re:fuel™ by Aloft for 24-hour grab-and-go dining, and the Re:charge™ Gym offering cardio and strength equipment for fitness enthusiasts. The property also features versatile meeting spaces, an indoor pool, and an outdoor deck area, providing guests with multiple ways to relax, socialize, or host events.
E.P. Guidi’s scope encompassed all aspects of new construction, including complex structural and mechanical systems and interior finishes, delivered on schedule. The project demonstrates the team’s ability to execute a high-quality, branded hospitality environment that aligns with Marriott’s global standards while offering a unique local presence.
