E.P. Guidi completed extensive new construction and renovations at Trinity Hall, a private Catholic high school for girls, expanding the campus by over 30,000 square feet across two new buildings and renovating an additional 15,000 square feet of existing space. The project’s primary challenge was maintaining a fully operational school throughout the academic year, requiring meticulous planning, coordination, and a strict focus on student and faculty safety..
The scope included a 7,500-square-foot addition to the Commons Building, a two-story, 12,500-square-foot academic addition housing classrooms, music and performing arts studios, visual arts labs, faculty offices, and support spaces. Renovations to existing physics and engineering labs, teachers’ lounges, and common areas were carefully phased to minimize disruption. Open communication, weekly coordination meetings, and detailed digital scheduling ensured alignment among the construction team, design professionals, and school administration.

State-of-the-art finishes and materials were integrated throughout the project, including acoustically treated walls and ceilings in performing arts spaces, sustainable low-VOC materials, and flexible classroom layouts with modular furniture systems. BIM coordination optimized spatial planning, minimizing rework and ensuring precise installation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Despite a tight footprint and high-traffic campus environment, the team executed the project on schedule and budget while maintaining exemplary safety standards. Over 480,000 man-hours were logged with zero recordable incidents, highlighting a culture of strict adherence to safety protocols and continuous oversight.
The completed project enhances Trinity Hall’s academic, arts, and athletics facilities, supporting the school’s mission of preparing young women for leadership while providing a safe, modern, and inspiring learning environment.
