Marlton, NJ and Plymouth Meeting, PA
Redstone Grill | Partners & Sirny
E.P. Guidi built two Redstone American Grill restaurants in Marlton, New Jersey, and Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. Each 10,000 SF location combines open dining areas, high-end finishes, and integrated building systems to create a warm, inviting setting for guests.
The work required close coordination among trades and continuous protection of the restaurant’s extensive wood and wrought iron finishes. Large custom light fixtures above the main bar were installed using protected scaffolding and custom rigging, while gas wall lanterns, fireplaces, and fire pits introduced both atmosphere and technical complexity. The sound and lighting control systems demanded fine-tuned installation and testing to ensure performance in a busy dining environment.
In the kitchen, E.P. Guidi managed one of the most critical aspects of restaurant construction—equipment coordination. Every electrical, plumbing, and gas rough-in had to align precisely with final kitchen layouts to support safe and efficient operation. When finish selections changed late in construction, the team adapted without delaying the scheduled openings.
Today, both Redstone locations continue to anchor their shopping centers, providing lively gathering places that draw patrons and strengthen the surrounding retail community.
