E.P. Guidi, Inc. has been providing general construction, construction management and design/build services to its clients since 1933. Over the past eight decades, our reputation for quality workmanship, timely project completion and prompt responsiveness to the needs of our clients has grown as we continue to produce exemplary results on each and every project we undertake.
Preconstruction
Construction is a collaborative process. To give our projects the best advantage right out of the gate, we strive to anticipate and solve as many critical issues as possible in the Preconstruction Phase, prior to construction start. By far, the largest percentage of potential cost savings is identified through Owner/ Architect/Construction Manager/Subcontractor cooperation before designs are finalized and before any subcontracts are awarded.
Construction
Delivering exceptional quality on every project. During construction, the management responsibility for the project shifts from our Estimating staff to our Project Management staff, including Project Managers and Field Superintendents, who carry out the systematic sequence of activities during a project’s construction. Our scope of Construction Services proceeds as soon as on-site construction is ready to begin.
Postconstruction
The hallmark of a successful Postconstruction phase is attention to detail at project turnover. We understand that no facility we build can be considered successfully finished until an orderly project closeout has been completed to the Owner’s satisfaction.

Project Management
Sound practices offer realistic budgets and schedules. Our Estimators, Project Managers and Field Superintendents recognize that on-time, within budget completion is one of the most important goals of any construction project. We pride ourselves on successfully controlling our projects by first developing a plan to fit the Owner’s needs and then formalizing the plan into a realistic project budget and construction schedule.
Design/Build
We offer a single point of contact in design and construction, simplifying an Owner’s project management administration and developing effective cost control and value engineering strategies.
